Senior Citizens: Being the most vulnerable population during the pandemic our senior citizens were confined to the walls of their house. Even after the release of the lockdown, due to the fear of COVID, suffering and death, the senior citizens were vary of their every move. In distress and depression stories of some older adults, they expressed that now they were looking forward to a natural death rather than living a life of a loner. Some lost their better halves and grieved in isolation. As one ages one is faced with changes associated with memory, learning and biological parameters such as sleep and activity levels. Emotionally an individual experiences loss of their previous lifestyle, jobs and loneliness in society. With their wisdom, knowledge and experience we believe that bridging the gap between the youth and the old will create a dual channel of give and take.
